It's good for the mind as well as the muscles to stay active while at home. Below are a selection of online workouts suitable for all. You may even learn some new skills along the way!

 

Torrisholme's very own Mr Huntington is providing workout videos to keep us all active. Check out Torrisholme TV for workouts which have been brilliantly filmed with our very own Torrisholme stars.

Dust off your dancing shoes with Oti Mabuse, star of Strictly Come Dancing. She will be streaming live dance workouts for children from 11:30am on all social media platforms but videos can be accessed at any time after that. https://www.youtube.com/user/mosetsanagape/videos. There will be a 7:30pm dance lesson each day too for the adults. Learn some moves to show off once the isolation is over and feel the social vibe from the comfort of your home. Dancing in your slippers and PJs has never been as acceptable!
