Wyre class enjoyed a relaxing yoga session this morning.
The children were certainly challenged with some difficult balances and yoga poses.
After the workshop the children said that they felt “calm”, “gentle”, “relaxed”, “more focused”, “stretched” and “renewed”.
Rock Kidz joined us in school for some music fun and some positive messages about not giving up, the key to success being in failing and trying until you reach your goal.
