We have been learning about part whole models. It has a whole and 2 parts. We have been exploring putting different amounts in the whole and splitting it into different parts. Please ask us at home about them! 

We have been learning to use our part whole model to write addition calculations and to solve different addition calculations. We are amazing addition mathematicians!

We have been learning to find number bonds up to 10 and to solve different addition problems. We used our 10 'egg box' frame and maths equipment to solve them and then recorded the calculation using the symbols.
