Summer Term
Be the Change, Be the Difference!
As we begin our final half term, we will be thinking about the small actions we can take to care for the world around us. We will learn about the importance of bees. And explore ways to share the message of why we need to protect these vital pollinators. We will be encouraged to ‘bee the change’ and help save these buzzing helpers. Later in the term, we will explore wind power through the “Great Science Share” and gain a better understanding of sea pollution and how it affects both our local environment and wider world.
Roots, Shoots and Muddy Boots!
The warmer weather is here, and we are excited to kick off the first part of the summer term with lots of outdoor adventures!
This term, we will be turning into scientists and mini explorers as we head outside to discover the wonders of spring. We will be tuning into changes happening in nature,
learning about how plants grow and animals live, and spending time connecting with the environment. Whether it is pond dipping, planting, or simply being in the fresh air making the most of our fantastic outdoor spaces - while maybe even meeting a few friendly bees along the way! 🐝
