Changing the sprites (characters) and programming them following a set of instructions to create our aquarium!
First we planned our own commands in our books before we had a go at sequencing them together using scratch. We were able to add the start and the end to our sequence, green for go and red for stop.
Following commands
Today we experimented using scratch by making our cat sprite move by giving it different commands to follow. This was lots of fun! We even had a competition at the end to see which sprite had the best dance moves. Over the next few weeks we will progress to changing the sprite and the background to create a story.
