PE
During our first Judo lesson, we had lots of fun and learnt all about the in's and out's of Judo. We listened carefully to the coach's instructions, understanding that “Hajime!” means GO and that “Matte!” means STOP. We tried on judo jackets, and learnt how to pin down our opponents carefully, making sure that they couldn't wriggle away. We practiced bowing to our partners at the end of the session, and how important showing respect is to one another during judo.
