Bikeability
Bikeability
The children started off bikeability by learning to check over their helmet and bikes. They checked over the helmet to make sure no cracks were visible and the wheels, handlebar and brakes are all in safe, working order.
The children then looked at basic riding, making sure they were confident in looking around and riding with one hand in order to indicate.
The children then applied their skills to the road, making sure to be considerate and safe for other road users and themselves.
