I hope you are getting a good understanding of 3d shapes. Shall we see how much you have remembered from yesterday?

 

- Look at the warm-up activity on the Twinkl PowerPoint below and see how many you can get right.
- Have a look at the ‘Twinkl Properties of 3d Shape PDF’. Carefully look at each 3d shape and think about their properties. How many edges does it have? What about the number of vertices and faces?

- Complete the White Rose activity sheets on counting the faces, edges and vertices of 3d shapes.

 

Challenge: Can you make 3d shapes out of lolly sticks or spaghetti and playdough?
