Break Time 2023/2024

Break Time provides a range of short break activities for children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities living in Lancashire.

In order to access these activities between April 2023 and March 2024, parents and carers must complete a registration form. This includes children who are due to start reception class in September 2023 (although they will only be able to access the activities from 1st September).

The initial registration period took place in January-February, however  a high number of parents missed the original deadline, so we have decided to reopen for a limited period. Completed registrations will be processed in the order they are submitted, and once all places are filled, the registration period will close.

Parents and carers can complete the form on a mobile phone or other device. If parents need any help with this, please could you support or complete it on their behalf.
