In maths we have started our place value unit. The children have been using base ten to represent numbers up to a thousand. 

We then moved on to partitioning 3-digit numbers into hundreds, tens and ones. 

The children have been labelling number lines up to 1000 and estimating where numbers will go on these number lines. 

This week Leven class have been expanding their maths skills. They have used previous knowledge of partitioning numbers up to 1000 to help partition numbers up to 10,000.
