We have been representing teen numbers in ten frames.
We have been sorting 2D shapes by their categories. We organised them into shape names, colours, numbers of sides and numbers of corners.
We have been creating repeating patterns with 2D shapes and objects.
2D shapes. After identifying and naming 2D shapes, we enjoyed making our own 2D shape pictures.
3D shapes - We’ve had lots of fun identifying different 3D shapes and considering their different properties. We were fantastic at spotting lots of 3D shapes outside at lunchtime. What 3D shapes can you spot at home?
