In music in Year 2 this half term our focus is all on beat, rhythm and notation. We have already memorised lots of key words and their meaning from last half term including improvisation, tempo and dynamics! This week we have looked at different notation and the value of each of them, we demonstrated this by having volunteers at the front and clapping whatever rhythm they are holding.
